Utah Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP): Road Scholar Program

The Road Scholar program coordinates and provides low-cost workshops and training for Utah's transportation programs. Instructors are in-house staff, or other knowledgeable and proven professionals. By completing certain Road Scholar workshops, transportation professionals can be awarded a Road Scholar certificate from Utah LTAP.
