FHWA Job Needs and Priorities Report (Phase 2)

This report identifies areas where skill development is most important for key transportation careers in the Southwest Region of the U.S. Phase 2 builds off the research and initiatives for workforce gaps acquired through the Phase 1 report, and presents four strategic action plans to move the initiatives forward.
