Abstract:

Within the ten years of its existence, the CIVITAS Initiative supported the implementation of more than 730 innovative urban mobility measures in 59 European cities. These 730+ individual measures relate to one of 8 CIVITAS thematic groups. This video highlights "mobility management" measures.

CIVITAS cities try to influence travel behavior through mobility management, which includes marketing, communication, education and information campaigns. The aim of mobility management is to change attitudes and travel behavior with the ultimate goal to create a new mobility culture.
