California Community College Inventory of Approved and Projected Programs sorted by Taxonomy of Programs (TOPS)

The California Community Colleges is the largest higher educational system in the nation comprised of 72 districts and 110 colleges with more than 2.6 million students per year. Community colleges supply workforce training and basic skills education, prepare students for transfer to four-year institutions and offered opportunities for personal enrichment and lifelong learning. This inventory lists credit degrees and certificates offered by California Community Colleges in areas of transportation which are approved by the Chancellor's Office. Apprenticeship programs are included, and may be viewed separately from non-apprenticeship programs. All California Community Colleges also offer a full range of university-level coursework in the natural sciences, mathematics, social sciences, humanities, language arts, and fine arts.
