Safety Engineering and Environmental Management is growing career field with a bright future ahead for graduating students. Safety professionals are an essential element in almost every type of industry, construction firm, plant, or government agency. As a part of an executive management team, safety professionals are relied on to identify unsafe or hazardous conditions and coordinate efforts to eliminate the hazard. Many safety professionals find great reward in knowing that they are a key element in the prevention of accidents and the safety of others.
